- Abandoned cart recovery — capture cart abandonment automatically and send a WhatsApp reminder with a one-click resume link after a configurable delay. Includes an optional checkout consent checkbox for GDPR compliance.
- Post-purchase follow-up scheduler — schedule a second WhatsApp message after every order for review requests, support check-ins, cross-sells, or loyalty nudges. Optional GPT integration generates a unique follow-up for each customer.
- Bulk campaigns — send WhatsApp blasts to customer segments: all customers, recent buyers, customers from the last X days. Throttled delivery keeps you within provider rate limits, with a progress dashboard showing sent, failed and skipped counts.
- Analytics dashboard with conversion tracking — total messages sent, delivery rate and conversion attribution. Filter by message type, status, phone and date range. CSV export for reporting. Per-event detail including click tracking on wrapped URLs, with configurable data retention.

How do I install Pro after purchase?
You receive a download link and a licence key by email. Upload the Pro zip under Plugins → Add New → Upload, activate it, then paste the licence key under Zignites Chat → Licence.
Does the licence auto-renew?
No. We email you before expiry and you renew if you want to.
What happens if I do not renew?
The Pro features keep working on the version you have. You stop receiving updates and support after the year ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase.
